 rogram will be hosted by the current participants of the Rising Stars Prog
 ram under the supervision of the Nikkei Federation Rising Stars Planning C
 ommittee.\n\nThis event is open to people of all ages and all are welcome.
  All proceeds will go to support the Rising Stars Youth Leadership Program
 \, a program designed to cultivate future leaders in the Japanese American
