 introductory washi classes\, this two-day workshop will continue examining
  the unique properties of <em>washi</em> paper and various methods of work
 ing with it to create jewelry.\n\nExplore the challenges of applying washi
  onto various wooden beads\, and experience the excitement of integrating 
 commercial crystal\, metal\, millefiori\, or semi-precious beads with the 
 quiet elegance of <em>washi</em>. By the end of the weekend\, each student
  will have a fully lacquered\, single-strand <em>washi</em> necklace\, fin
 ished with a metal clasp and complemented with a matching pair of earrings
 .\n\nBring a shoebox for supplies and a snack/lunch. $64 members\, $80 non
 -members. Materials and museum admission included. Limited to 12 participa
