Call\, Directo r of the National Museum of the United States Army and Dr. Charles Cureto n\, Army Chief Curator (Acting) for the U.S. Army Center of Military Hist ory. General Eric K. Shinseki (USA-Ret.) and Christine Sato-Yamazaki\, E xecutive Director of the National Veterans Network will also make remarks .\n\nMs. Call will present information about the National Army Museum whi ch will be the only museum to tell the complete history of the U.S. Army and will serve as the capstone museum for the Army&rsquo\;s Museum Enterp rise. The 185\,000 square-foot Museum is being constructed on an 84-acre site at Fort Belvoir\, Va. and will honor the service and sacrifice of al l American Soldiers who have served since the Army&rsquo\;s inception in 1775.\n\nSpecifically\, Ms. Call will share the Museum&rsquo\;s plans to s howcase the Nisei Soldier Congressional Gold Medal in a special exhibit a rea of the Museum. Dr. Cureton will discuss the U.S. Army&rsquo\;s centra l artifact collection and the Army&rsquo\;s efforts to preserve and portr ay the story of Japanese American Soldiers serving during World War II.
