DESCRIPTION:Announcing a special centenary of Japanese Canadian soldiers pa
 rticipating in four wars between 1914-2014.\nIn 2014\, a campaign to ackno
 wledge &ldquo\;They Went to War&rdquo\; was  undertaken to restore the cen
 otaph in Stanley Park. Come see the  refurbishment of the cenotaph. On Rem
 embrance Day we will unveil the  work done by Van den Kerkhof Stonemasons 
 under the guidance of Donald  Luxton\, heritage consultants.\nJoin a recep
 tion in the Pavilion at Stanley Park following the  ceremony. We will also
  display the restored Honour Roll of the WWI  veterans.\nVeterans of the r
 ecent wars and descendants of the first World War will be in attendance.\n
