 ese American Museum of San Jose\, a reception and keynote address by Gary 
 Y. Okihiro\,Ph.D.\, a founding member of JAMsj and co-author of Japanese L
 egacy: Farming and Community Life in California's Santa Clara Valley will 
 be held.\n\nIn addition\, there will be a reading of a special poem writte
 n by Janice Tao\, dedicated to her husband&rsquo\;s family\, who farmed in
  San Jose&rsquo\;s Berryessa area\, pre-World War II.\n\nFollowing the rec
 eption\, visitors can tour the Japanese American Museum of San Jose and be
  among the first to view the new agricultural exhibit.
