A five-day bus tour into the beautiful West Kootenays of British Columbia where you will visit former WW2 Internment sites in the Slocan Valley – New Denver – Sandon - Kaslo as well as the Doukhobor Discovery Centre in Castlegar, BC. Tour includes an overnight stay at AINSWORTH HOT SPRINGS!

Cost: $650/person

Price includes transportation, hotel accommodations (double occupancy), entry fees, and 8 meals. (Note: Students – elementary, secondary, post-secondary - pay only $550/person!)

A deposit of $200 made out to – NCS of LA – will be required no later than November 30, 2012. Send to:

This is a guided tour and the tour host will be providing some very interesting stories regarding the mass "uprooting" and internment of Canadians of Japanese ancestry. You will not want to miss it!

Only 35 participants will be allowed on this tour so register early if you are interested in going.
