Most vivid memory of military experience 1. The death of a friend right before my eyes. 2. Shocked by the discrimination towards black persons in the States.
Missed most whilst in the military Family
Most important thing, personally, to come from military experience? Left the Army a matured person and not a naive innocent kid. In other words I became a 'man'.
