Color silent amateur footage (1940's-early 1950's) taken by Terminal Island resident Ben Fukuzaki, primarily of the Japanese American community in and around Fish Harbor, Terminal Island, and San Pedro, California.

This segment shows a fashion show held by the Academy of Fashion Art (title card says "Fashion Art School"), a Terminal Island fashion school, with Japanese American women and children modeling dresses, suits, sportswear, and other clothes (01:50; dark).
