Rising Stars Youth Leadership Program by Nolan Dyo

Nolan Dyo is a planning committee member of the Nikkei Federation's Rising Stars Youth Leadership Program, and an adviser for the Alumni Program. He explained about the Rising Stars program for high school students. After each program year's conclusion, the students have the option of joining the Alumni group that meets throughout the year and works on various community service projects.
