Grace Shimizu

Grace Shimuzu was the moderator for REDRESS REMEMBERED: WWII Rendition of Japanese Latin Americans.

She is the director of the Japanese Peruvian Oral History Project and coordinator of Campaign For Justice: Redress Now for Japanese Latin Americans!

Her parents were Japanese Latin Americans interned during World War II by the U.S. Government.

Campaign for Justice: Redress Now For Japanese Latin Americans! is an organization that was formed to secure proper redress for former Japanese Latin American internees and educate the public about the wartime and redress experiences of the Japanese Latin Americans.
