Come and visit West Kauai Hongwanji Waimea Temple to celebrate its 2018 obon festival! Experience this island celebration of the Obon Festival, brought to Hawaii by Japanese immigrants that have evolved into a social and cultural event. The Obon honors ancestors that have passed on with dances and festivals across the island that are held throughout the summer.
