Sonoma County Matsuri and Santa Rosa Central Library present Kwaidan - Classic Ghost Stories from Japan.

Winner of the Special Jury Prize at the 1965 Cannes Film Festival, Kwaidan is arguably the first widescreen color "J-horror" film, shot almost entirely on gorgeously stylized, hand-painted studio sets.

Guests are invited to stay after the movie for discussion and light refreshments.
