PHOTO PICTURE FRAME QUILT WORKSHOP
with Leslie Yee-Murata

Saturday, July 21, 2012, 3:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Create a family heirloom of precious moments that will be treasured for generations.

Using your creativity and imagination, Leslie will show you how you can enhance your photo with colors, borders, stitching and embellishments. Create a wall hanging for yourself.

Bring your photos in black and white or color, as many as will fit on an 8" x 10" piece of white paper by July 13th. Photos will be printed onto a white or cream colored muslin on site. (The sharper the images, the better and you may want to type out captions to add onto your quilt)

Please bring to lcass: scissors, straight pins, lightweigh batting, cutting mat, fabric marker, back fabric, wooden dowel for mounting, collection of printed and solid fabrics in cotton, silk or poly-blends. OPTIONAL: charms, patches, pins, etc.

Location: JCCCNC
