DescriptionThe Obon-Odori Festival of Lights of the Gathering of Joy is the traditional folk dancing festival that remembers all those who have passed away. It commemorates the dead by honoring and respecting their lives on this earth by dancing for joy now that they are in the Pure Land of Amida Buddha.
