First Course (tasting portion) 
-Hot & Sour soup with chicken, hominy & cilantro 

Main Course (choice of:) 
-Quinoa Ssam salad with grilled portobello mushrooms & asian pear-fennel kimchi 
-Asian pork meatball sandwich with somen noodles, Korean chili paste & mint 
-Organic brown rice with marinated beef, kimchi, yu choy & mushrooms 

To Share
-Togarashi spiced fries with curry mayonnaise 

Dessert
-Vietnamese cinnamon caramel on soft serve ice cream
