Ties That Bind 3 is a conference to discuss, strategize, and promote the goal of preserving and revitalizing Little Tokyo as an historic ethnic neighborhood for future generations of Nikkei and others to enjoy. Through workshops, speakers, and community interaction, TTB 3 will allow the Japanese American community, Nikkeis, and anyone interested in historic or cultural community preservation to come together and celebrate Little Tokyo as well as to be a part of a pioneering event that will address issues pertaining to preserving our heritage.
