The 46th Convention of Nikkei & Japanese Abroad will be organized by The Association of Nikkei & Japanese Abroad (Kaigai nikkeijin Kyokai).

Date: Setember 13, 14, and 15, 2005
Theme: Challenging the New Era: Nikkei Communities Abroad, its Goals, and Issues
Location: Kensei Kinenkan / IFIC (Institute for Cooperation, JICA)

The object in holding the Convention is to furnish opportunities for Japanese descendants all over the world to provide information about their countries and to discuss amoug themselves ways of further strengthening ties of brotherhood and solidarity while keeping in mind the significance of cultural and personal exchanges as the main theme.

It is cordially requested that as many Nikkeis and Japanese Abroad as possible will attend this convention.
